By accessing and using Stylarz, a service by DS Venture, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using the app.

2. Services

Stylarz offers a platform to book spa, salon, and beauty parlour visits by requesting preferred time slots. These are not guaranteed appointments but help in reducing wait time through virtual queue management.

3. Preferred Slot Policy

• Users can select a preferred time for service, which will be communicated to the respective service provider.
• Acceptance of preferred time is at the discretion of the provider and subject to availability.
• Users may still have to wait during peak hours.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate personal and contact details.
• You agree to be present at or near the service location during the preferred time window.
• You must not misuse the booking system or create fake entries.

5. Booking & Cancellation

• All bookings are treated as requests and not final appointments.
• Late arrivals may impact your slot even if accepted by the service provider.
• Service providers may cancel or reschedule at their discretion.

6. Payments

• Stylarz may facilitate online or in-app payments for selected providers.
• Stylarz is not responsible for cash or offline payments made directly to vendors.

7. Data Privacy

All user data is managed as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

8. Account Suspension

Stylarz reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in misuse or violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stylarz provides the platform but is not liable for the actual service quality or disputes with service providers.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any major changes will be communicated through app notifications or email.
