Stylarz, operated by DS Venture, follows a strict no refund policy. Once a payment is made for any slot or service booking through the Stylarz app, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Users may cancel a booking directly through the app if allowed by the respective service provider. However, no refund will be processed regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Service providers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking. In such cases, the user must coordinate directly with the provider. Stylarz is not responsible for initiating or handling refunds.
If a dispute arises due to a payment made directly to a service provider (online or offline), it must be resolved between the user and provider. Stylarz does not mediate or guarantee any resolution in such scenarios.
